A good friend of mine spent about two years trying to convince me to give meditation a try. She’s more into guided meditation and always uses an app for it — Calm or Headspace. However, that has never worked for me.
It was only when I discovered Vipassana meditation that I started practicing it regularly. Now I’m the annoying one trying to convince other people that meditation does work.
